Constant negative thoughts and relationship patterns can trick us into that nothing has ever helped and nothing will. Together, we can pinpoint where you want to grow, and what’s been getting in your way. If you’re sick of feeling constantly exhausted, distracted, drained, numb, empty, restless, or irritable, therapy can help.

This varies greatly from client to client. Our belief is that establishing a therapeutic relationship takes time and that slowing down is an important aspect of making space for new perspectives and change. We believe clients should only attend therapy for as long as they find it helpful. You attend as many sessions as you like without any obligation to continue.
